The good news is we've had two photogenic winners in a row. The bad news is that this week it was Travis. Travis overcame the recent disappointment of his girlfriend turning legal to focus on his game and “play his best poker ever.” He also knocked out Bearded Mike early (11th), making it two weeks in a row that either Hank or Bearded Mike made early exits.
We had 13 entries with 15 re-buys and 13 add-ons for a total pot of $265. Baklava, in for the dead minimum, went out on the bubble. Sean placed fourth, breaking even in money. Hank placed third and left Lance and Travis to go head-up. Travis had built a huge chip lead and put Lance all-in holding a J9 suited, and took down Lance’s AQ when he hit two pair.
